This course is for anyone who is new to Design Thiinking and wants a lively, hands-on introduction to its core principles. You may be from a corporate, independent consultancy, start-up, government department or academic institution.

Our fast-paced course is the perfect introduction to the Design Thinking essentials. In jthis course you will be equipped with all the core knowledge and tools you need to kick-start your own Design Thinking journey.

Design Thinking Process

Design thinking takes a human-centered design-based approach to helping organizations innovate and grow. Design thinking draws inspiration from deep empathy of human needs and the process brings about changes to the way we solve complex problems through intuitive collaboration in generating ideas and concepts for rapid experimentation. The iterative process allows for adaptation and pivoting to implementing workable solutions.

Design Thinking is more than just a process, it inculcates new values and mindsets that embrace principles of deep understanding of human emotional needs. The various stages of design thinking should be understood as different modes which contribute to the entire design project, rather than sequential steps.
